Introduction of the Author - Andy Hewitt and the Forward written by Roger Knowles - a renowned claim & Contract consultant, build high confidence on the readers at the outset. The book has been written from the beginning to the end with simple language and commendable writing style. Before receiving this book, I had prepared and presented many construction claims during past number of years. Though they were accepted by clients without any adverse comment or remark, when the methodology and the style of suchpresentations shown in this book are considered, I have to accept my presentations were far below the standard.Commencing from Chapter 1 on Introduction and ending with Chapter 11 - A Note on Dispute Boards, Andy Hewitt has gifted us a marvelous publication, anybody dealing with claims to be studied and used as a valuable reference book.
